Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items purchased through our website frankieluxury.store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and tags.
Certain items such as beauty products, skincare, and intimate wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at Frankieluxury22@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the address for shipping the product back.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior authorization.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement for the same item or a product of equal value. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at Frankieluxury22@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return it after delivery under the standard return policy.
